Diana Chica currently serves as a postpartum doula at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey, a position held since August 2023. In addition, Diana is a member of the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Abortion Access Fund and a Fellow Birth Justice Advocate at the New Jersey Birth Justice Institute, both roles initiated in July 2023 and October 2022, respectively. Previously, Diana worked as a Reproductive Justice Consultant for the Latino Action Network Foundation from February 2022 to July 2022. Educationally, Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from New Jersey City University, complemented by certifications in Budtending 101 and Horticulture 101 from the Minority Cannabis Academy.
