Anna Taleysnik-Mehta

Anna oversees the strategy, design and execution of the Partnership’s cross-agency leadership development programs, which prepare federal employees at all levels for leadership roles in their agencies. In addition to her programmatic role, Anna works with federal agencies to design and facilitate custom leadership seminars on topics including innovation, systems thinking, change management, performance management and communication. Anna’s career has been rooted in mission-driven nonprofit organizations, focusing on social change and education. Her passion for people and learning continues to underscore her work at the Partnership. Day to day, Anna aims to emulate her favorite public servant, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, “a very strong believer in listening and learning from others.”
