Erin Gross

Erin Gross supports efforts to improve program effectiveness through survey administration, overseeing strategic plan metrics, and promoting inclusive processes in overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies across the Partnership. Erin has served as an AmeriCorps volunteer and a Peace Corps volunteer and received her master’s degree in conflict resolution at American University. Her favorite public servant is Dr. Barbara Brown, an educator, mentor, lifelong advocate of civic engagement and co-founder of Illinois organizations dedicated to helping women run for political office.
