Heather Cruz

Heather Cruz is a Society for Human Resource Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) who manages talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, compliance and new-hire onboarding. She developed an interest in human resources after extensive experience chairing search committees, facilitating staff trainings and counseling students during her 15-year career in higher education student affairs administration. She was drawn to the Partnership for its strong commitment to its organizational mission and values. Heather’s favorite public servant is her late grandfather who served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s.
