Lia Collen

Lia supports the Partnership’s marketing strategy, including planning email outreach and tracking digital campaign performance. While in college, Lia attended a panel led by former White House press secretaries, which sparked her passion for political communication and public service. After interning at various government agencies, she developed an appreciation for federal employees and became motivated to support their work. Lia’s favorite public servant is Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a powerful advocate for gender equality and worker’s rights.
