Janeen Rawls has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to quality operations, case management, and customer assistance. Janeen started their career at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a Case Manager and later became a Case Manager Supervisor. In 2010, they joined Partnership for Strong Families as a Quality Operations Manager and eventually became the Deputy Director of Quality Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Sears as a Merchandise and Customer Assistant for 10 years.
Janeen Rawls graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with a focus on Public Administration, Public Budgeting & Financial Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University - Camden in 2007, specializing in Direct Practice Children and Families. Janeen completed their undergraduate studies at Spelman College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Pre-Law & Sociology in 2005.

Partnership for Strong Families
Established in 2003, Partnership for Strong Families (PSF) is the lead community-based care agency for Florida Judicial Circuits 3 and 8. PSF is contracted by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to deliver comprehensive child welfare services to children who are victims of abuse and neglect. PSF also works with at-risk families to prevent child abuse and to decrease the risk of children entering the out-of-home care system. PSF serves nearly 5,000 children in 13 counties annually, including Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor and Union Counties.
