Susannah Robinson

Susannah Robinson is an experienced HR professional and educator, currently serving as President and Founder of Partnership for Talent since January 2015, where the focus is on delivering strategic HR services to small and medium-sized organizations. In addition to consulting, Susannah has been an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University since November 2019, teaching Organizational Design within the Human Resources masters program. Susannah's previous roles include CHRO and Chief Talent Officer at YMCA of the North Shore, and senior positions at Cabot Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management, HR strategy, investor relations, and compensation and benefits. Educational credentials include an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University ILR School, an MBA in Organizational Development from Northeastern University, and a BS in Chemistry & Management from Marietta College.
