Kevin Collins

Kevin Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in substance use prevention and community support. Currently serving as the Senior Prevention Program Manager at the Drug Enforcement Administration since March 2024, Kevin also holds the position of Vice President, Partner Solutions at the Partnership to End Addiction, where responsibilities include creating impactful solutions for state and community partners. Previous roles at the Partnership include Director of Parent and Community Support Services, overseeing programs that supported over 15,000 families in 2020, and Deputy Director positions focusing on program support and community education. Kevin began their career with the Partnership for a Drug-Free America and held significant roles in media relations, including Regional Manager and Director of Media and Community Relations. A former Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Kevin's foundational experiences include managing operations in the New York State Assembly. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Rutgers University.
