Lindsey Cei Vuolo

Lindsey Cei Vuolo serves as the Vice President of Health Law & Policy at the Partnership to End Addiction since September 2020, while also holding the position of Director of Health Law & Policy at the Center on Addiction since August 2015. Lindsey's prior experience includes roles such as Regulatory Affairs Analyst at MetroPlus Health Plan and multiple legal internships, including at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the United States Attorney's Office. Academically, Lindsey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Boston College.
