Luis Torres

Luis Torres is an experienced professional in product management and health services research, currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at the Partnership to End Addiction, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team focuses on creating digital tools to enhance access and outcomes for individuals and families requiring substance use disorder care. Prior roles include leadership positions in product management and project coordination at organizations such as Breuckelen Athletic, NYU Langone Health, and Vital Strategies, where significant contributions involved building partnerships to effect health system changes. Torres holds a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Virginia Tech.
