Brittney A. Barclay has a strong background in education and program management. Brittney A. currently works as a Community School Director at Partnership with Children since November 2021. Previously, they served as a Project Director, Freedom Schools at Children's Defense Fund starting in January 2022.

Before that, Brittney worked as an Early Education Instructional Tutor at Brain Games NYC from August 2019 to January 2022. Brittney A. also held the role of Program Director - SONYC Middle School at New York Edge from May 2019 to November 2021.

Prior to their work at New York Edge, they were a Program Director - COMPASS Elementary at The Salvation Army from February 2018 to May 2019. Overall, Brittney's work experience showcases their expertise in program management and their dedication to supporting children's education and well-being.

Brittney A. Barclay holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physical Education at North Carolina Central University from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Brittney has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Change Impact. In April 2021, they attained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Inclusive Female Leadership, both from LinkedIn. In October 2020, they obtained the School-Aged Child Care Credential from the New York State Office of Children and Family Service. Furthermore, Brittney holds a Certificate of Fitness in S-95 from the New York City Fire Department, which they obtained in December 2018, and an F-07 Certificate of Fitness, obtained in November 2019. Brittney A. has also completed certifications in Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research in July 2016, and Clinical Research from The National Institutes of Health in April 2016.
