Lola Martin

Lola Martin, LCSW RPT, is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in clinical services, program management, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Equity, Clinical Director, and Social Work Director at Partnership with Children since May 2017, Lola directs social work programs in an elementary school in Harlem, NY, and facilitates workshops focused on trauma-informed care and restorative practices. Previous roles include Program Manager at Counseling in Schools, Workshop Consultant at Freedom Institute, and Social Worker positions with the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and Safe Horizon, where Lola specialized in violence prevention and mental health therapy.
