Owen Chandler

Owen Chandler is a seasoned hydraulic engineer currently employed at Partridge since February 2021 and has held the position of hydraulic consultant at J&M Group since April 2004. With extensive experience in hydraulic and fire design adhering to Australian standards, Owen specializes in conceptual planning, preliminary design, detailed engineering, and stormwater design, while also managing stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles. Key projects include significant contributions to Sydney University’s Blackburn Building and various terminals at Sydney Airport, among others. Owen's past roles include plumber and apprentice plumber, with foundational experience in residential and commercial plumbing maintenance. Owen's education was completed at Northern Sydney TAFE Institute from 2000 to 2006.
