Yoshua Rozen

Yoshua Rozen is the current CEO at PartRunner. Yoshua has also worked as a Business Analyst- Global Markets Department at State Street and a Process Improvement Engineer at Eversource Energy.

Yoshua Rozen started their career at State Street in July 2016 as a Business Analyst in the Global Markets Department. In this role, they participated in bi-weekly calls with a global team, maintained and updated a risk and control database for distinct business-processes, and created process flows using ARIS software for different products and services from businesses within the Global Markets Department. Yoshua also conducted workshops for Risk and Control Self-Assessment that analyzed residual risk, inherent risk, reputation impact, and financial impact related to controls.

In July 2015, Rozen started working as a Process Improvement Engineer at Eversource Energy. In this role, they assisted several process improvement teams within the Gas Department (Emergency Response, Leak Management, Gas Transportation, Pipeline Safety Systems). Yoshua conducted cost-effective analysis based on past data for different projects and provided recommendations to management. Yoshua also created current state and future state flowcharts for processes, consolidated and managed invoices for a multi-million dollar construction management project, and minimized budget loss. Yoshua also created a database for scheduling appointments for the sales-fulfillment department.

Rozen became the CEO of PartRunner in 2020. Under their leadership, the company has continued to grow and expand its reach. PartRunner is now one of the leading companies in the industry, thanks to Yoshua Rozen’s dedication and commitment to excellence.

Yoshua Rozen has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master's in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University, and a Strategy Execution certification from Harvard Business School Online. Yoshua is also certified in Six-Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and Lean Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
