Jo Gauthier

Jo Gauthier is a seasoned accounts receivable professional with extensive experience in financial management and customer relations. Currently serving as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable representative at Parts Canada since October 2015, Jo is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 600 customer accounts, performing account reconciliations, and negotiating overdue payments. Previous roles include Master Data Management Coordinator and Accounts Receivable positions at Newalta, where Jo honed skills in data accuracy within SAP and collection processes. Additional experience includes bookkeeping at National Brokerage Service and customer service roles at OGC, along with a long tenure at Wolverine Tube as a process technician and scheduler. Jo’s education includes training as a Payroll Practitioner from the Canadian Payroll Association and coursework in accounting at Université de Montréal.
