Sudesh Mungroo

Sudesh Mungroo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a General Manager at Secrets Restaurant & Lounge, where they managed takings, money, and staff, ensuring compliance with legislative regulations and overseeing special event setups. In 2013, they transitioned to Marken as a Track & Trace Agent, responsible for determining and reporting the locations of packages/shipments. From 2015 to 2017, Sudesh worked at thebigword as an Account Manager and Coordinator, dispatching interpreters and maintaining communication with clients. In 2017, they joined Hilton Grand Vacations as a Reservations Agent and was eventually promoted to Team Lead, demonstrating their leadership abilities. Sudesh then moved to CenturyLink, where they held the positions of Small Business Relationship Manager and Senior Account Manager from 2019 to 2021. In these roles, they focused on building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and positioning appropriate solutions. Most recently, Sudesh worked at Vision Solar LLC as a Sales Consultant, accountable for growing revenue in the Small Business Accounts sector by creating sales and expanding the product portfolio. Sudesh recently joined Partstat as a Senior Account Executive in 2021. Throughout their career, Sudesh has consistently met or exceeded sales targets and has demonstrated strong customer relationship management skills.

Sudesh Mungroo completed their high school education at Forest Hills High School between 2005 and 2009. Sudesh then pursued further education at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2010 to 2011.
