Carolyn Buehler is a Senior User Experience Researcher at PartsTech since January 2023, where Carolyn designs and leads strategic research to inform feature-based product teams. Carolyn also held positions as a Voice of Customer Strategist at Lyft, analyzing support data to enhance UX experiences, and worked as a Direct Care Worker and Team Member at Self-Employed and Statefarm Insurance, respectively. Carolyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014.
