Carolyn

Carolyn Buehler is a Senior User Experience Researcher at PartsTech since January 2023, where Carolyn designs and leads strategic research to inform feature-based product teams. Previously, Carolyn worked at Lyft from May 2016 to November 2022, advancing from a Trust and Safety Specialist to a User Experience Researcher, where Carolyn conducted extensive research for the Customer Care team and promoted customer-centric improvements. Carolyn also held positions as a Voice of Customer Strategist at Lyft, analyzing support data to enhance UX experiences, and worked as a Direct Care Worker and Team Member at Self-Employed and Statefarm Insurance, respectively. Carolyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2014.
