Scott M. Davis

Scott M. Davis has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Scott worked as a Senior Project Manager at PartsTrader LLC, where they managed the implementation of insurance carrier Direct Repairer Program projects. Scott also served as the Internal Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, overseeing changes and improvements within the Customer Care and Field Sales teams.

Prior to that, Scott worked at CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, as a Sr. Project Manager in the Business Intelligence and Strategy PMO. Scott focused on customer-facing software implementations and managed Agile development projects. Scott also managed the pilots of industry-leading Tax SaaS software for major accounting firms.

Before joining CCH, Scott worked as a Project Manager at Nicor Gas, where they successfully managed multiple IT projects. Scott gained a strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies and consistently met high-quality standards while delivering within deadlines and budgets.

Scott's career started at Fellowes Manufacturing, where they worked as an IT Help Desk professional.

Scott M. Davis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University. Additionally, they hold another Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the QuickBooks Certified User Online Version from Intuit in October 2022. Scott also previously earned the PMP Project Management Professional certification from PMI - Project Management Institute in September 2005, although it has now expired.
