Shayne Olsen

Shayne Olsen has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer success and project management fields.

From 2019 to the present, Shayne has worked as a Client Success Director at PartsTrader LLC.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, Shayne held the position of Director, Customer Success at Estify.

From 2015 to 2017, Shayne worked as a Project Manager at Randstad Technologies US, where they were responsible for designing and implementing customer-facing surveys and interviews within Cisco's worldwide sales channel.

Before joining Randstad Technologies US, Shayne worked at Mitchell International for a number of years in roles such as Sr. Account Manager II and Sr. Business Process Consultant, where they were responsible for managing top-tier insurance accounts, advocating for customer needs, and improving business processes.

Shayne Olsen attended the University of Puget Sound from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
