Davina Cruz-Leach

Davina Cruz-Leach currently serves as the Director of Field Human Resources for the West region at Party City, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Davina worked at Bed Bath & Beyond for over 22 years, concluding as the Senior People & Culture Manager for California and Hawaii. Earlier in the career, Davina gained valuable experience in various HR roles at Wards from 1987 to 2001, including HR Corporate Partner, Regional HR Assistant, and Area HR Manager. Davina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, attending from 1989 to 1994.
