Jennifer A.

Jennifer A. has over 20 years of experience in the event industry. Jennifer began their career in 1996 as the Catering Director and Executive Chef at McQuade's Marketplace. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Catering Director for Aramark at both Brandeis University and Mystic Aquarium. In 2003, they joined VDA Productions as an Events and Account Executive, where they solicited and secured a portfolio of 'large event' clientele. In 2004, Jennifer A. began working for Boston Unique Events as an Event Manager and Chef, and also started their own event business, Dish in the City, where they performed all aspects of the day-to-day business operations, accounts and financial management. In 2014, they joined VDA | Experiential Marketing as a Sales Account Executive, and in 2022, they began working for PartySlate as a Sales Account Executive - Boston Market.

Jennifer A. began their educational career in 1985 when they graduated from Chesapeake High School with an Academic HS Diploma. Jennifer then went on to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Baltimore International College, graduating with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in 1991. Finally, they attended UMass Boston from 2005 to 2008, where they were a Bachelor of Management Degree Candidate.
