Katharine Cooney

Katharine Cooney has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Run Clerk and Store Clerk for DePaul University's Department of Document Services. In 2012, they worked as a Legal Secretary for Baker & McKenzie. From 2016 to 2017, they were an ESL Teacher for Ye Eun International Preschool and YBM. In 2019, they began working at PartySlate as a Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, and Software Engineer Apprentice. Currently, they are a Teaching Assistant for Fullstack Web Development at Northwestern University.

Katharine Cooney attended Ironhack in 2019, where they completed an intensive 9-week course in Web Development. Katharine then attended DePaul University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. Katharine also holds a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge.
