Mia Vega is a Research Associate II at Parvus Therapeutics Inc., having previously worked as a Process Development Associate at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. and as a Graduate Student Researcher in a wastewater testing lab focused on SARS-CoV-2. Prior experience includes serving as a Laboratory Assistant at CSL Behring Fermentation Facility and a Research Support Assistant at The Penn State Stress and Immunity Lab, where responsibilities encompassed laboratory management and data organization. Mia also completed a Summer Research Internship at the National University of Singapore, investigating the effects of Docosahexaenoic acid in BV-2 cells through various molecular biology techniques.
