Karl-Oskar Olsen began their career in 2002 as Co-Founder and Creative Director at Wood Wood. karl-oskar then moved on to become Founder and Creative Director at Pas Normal Studios in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Censor at Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi, Konservatorskolen.

Karl-Oskar Olsen obtained a Master's degree from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation (KADK) between 1997 and 2002.
