Andy Harvey

Andy Harvey is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as a Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor at PAS (NW) Ltd since October 2020. Prior to this role, Andy worked at DWM Civil Engineering as a Quantity Surveyor from May 2017 to October 2020. Andy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford, completed in 2020, as well as an HNC obtained from the same institution between 2016 and 2018. Early education was completed at Bedford High from 1990 to 1995.
