Armen Martin

Armen Martin is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the CEO and Founding Partner of Foundation Law Group LLP since February 2013. In addition to this role, Armen is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where the focus is on teaching startup financing and counseling.
