David Moffat

David Moffat currently serves as Vice President at Soaring, beginning in January 2024. In addition, David is a Board Member for The 99 Legacy Fund since November 2021 and has held the position of Director of Business Development at Building Cyber Security since August 2020. Previously, David was the Managing Director at Pasadena Private Equity from February 2022 to January 2024 and served as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from May 1999 until December 2020. Academically, David completed an Advanced Masters Program in Business Administration and Management at The Wharton School (2020-2021), holds a Bachelor of Science in Art History, Philosophy and Literature with a Systems Engineering Track from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1995-1999), and earned an MBA in Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School.
