Brad McCoy is the Vice President of Construction, Facilities, and Real Estate at Pasadena Hospital Association, Ltd. Brad has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in commercial and retail banking.

Brad began their career in banking as an Area Executive at First Citizens Bank. In this role, they were responsible for stabilizing, staffing, and implementing a new sales and service environment within the acquired First Regional Bank. Brad also managed the Greater Los Angeles area with direct reports, including the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking and the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking.

In 2002, Brad became the Executive Vice President of the Community Banking Group at First Federal Bank of California. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of commercial and retail banking for the bank. Brad was also responsible for recruiting all commercial lending and retail banking staff, managing sales and service processes, and conducting retail location site review and selection.

In 2007, Brad founded Pacific Palisades Bank. As President and Founder, they were responsible for all aspects of the bank’s operations. Brad oversaw a team of bankers and loan officers who provided personal attention and custom-tailored solutions to business owners and families in the Pacific Palisades community.
