Jean Cain has a strong background in education, primarily working for the Pasadena Independent School District. Jean Cain earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. Jean later pursued a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
