Katherine Ossi

Katherine Ossi is a seasoned professional in nutrition services and culinary management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services Finance and Procurement for Pasadena Independent School District since August 2023. Previously, in Alvin ISD, Katherine held several key positions from July 2017 to July 2023, including Assistant Director of Child Nutrition Purchasing and Compliance, Purchasing Manager for Child Nutrition, and Cafeteria Manager. Katherine's experience in the culinary field began at Aramark Healthcare from January 2014 to July 2017, where roles included Retail Manager, Catering Manager, and Chef Manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked at Houston's First Baptist Church from August 2009 to January 2014, progressing through positions such as Culinary Services Assistant Director and Culinary Services Event Supervisor/Pastry Chef. Katherine holds a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
