Jamie McElrath

Jamie McElrath is an experienced scenic artist and executive board member at IATSE Local 729 Set Painters & Sign-Writers Inc. since August 2015, where responsibilities include set painting and sign writing. Currently serving as a scenic artist for Production Designer - Local 800 and collaborating with notable organizations such as Universal Studios and Pasadena Playhouse. Jamie's extensive background includes work with Vision Scenery and Scenic Highlights, Inc., as well as an ongoing role at the University of Southern California since October 2011. Previous experiences encompass contributions to various theaters, including Boston Court Theatre and REDCAT. Jamie holds an M.F.A. in Theatrical Production/Scenic Artistry from California Institute of the Arts and a BA in Theater - Production from the University at Buffalo.
