Katelin Urgo is a seasoned professional in the field of individual giving and philanthropy, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Individual Giving at Pasadena Playhouse since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Individual Giving Officer at Center Theatre Group from May 2022 to July 2024, and as the Assistant Director of Student Philanthropy and Call Center at Loyola Marymount University from September 2021 to March 2022. Katelin's journey in development began with an apprenticeship at Roundabout Theatre Company and a supervisory position at Loyola Marymount University’s Phonathon. Additional experience includes internships at E. & J. Gallo Winery and Victoria Eggs Ltd. Katelin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University and also completed coursework at the Foundation for International Education in 2018.
