Ivan Mascorro

Ivan Mascorro is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Violent Crimes Detective and Negotiator at the Pasadena Police Department since July 2019. Previously, Ivan held positions as a Detective and Police Officer at the University of Houston from July 2013 to July 2019, focusing on campus safety and customer service. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Specialist at Nationwide Insurance and assisting as an Assistant P.E. Coach at Humble ISD. Ivan began a career in customer service with NCO Group, offering technical support for electronic products. Educational qualifications include a Basic Peace Officer Certification from the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Lone Star Community College.
