Jennifer Neilon

Jennifer Neilon has extensive law enforcement experience, beginning with the United States Marine Corps from November 1991 to November 1995, where Jennifer served as Armorer/Armory NCO. Following military service, Jennifer worked as a Deputy Sheriff at Pinellas County Sheriff's Office from January 1998 to July 2003, holding various instructional roles, including Driving Instructor and Firearms Instructor. From September 2001 to October 2003, Jennifer served as a Police Officer and SFST Practitioner with Bellaire Police Department. Since October 2003, Jennifer has been with Pasadena Police Department, accumulating roles such as Sergeant in Property and Evidence, Patrol Sergeant, Police Officer, Crash Reconstructionist, Field Training Officer, CVE Officer, Drug Recognition Expert, and SFST Practitioner. In addition to law enforcement experience, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2007.
