Nazanin Shaaban

Nazanin Shaaban is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Pasargad Electronic Payment since March 2024, Nazanin previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Toranj Capital for one year. Prior to that, Nazanin worked as a Human Resources Manager at digify from November 2021 to March 2023 and at Bonusco.ir, where the company was later renamed to Digify. Early career roles included Recruitment Specialist at Shatel and HR Supervisor at RTSP Co. Nazanin holds a Master of Arts in MBA with a focus on human resources from the Industrial Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English translation from Islamic Azad University.
