Arezoo Haghshenas

Arezoo Haghshenas has a strong background in software development and management within the insurance industry. Arezoo started their career in 2008 at Pasargad Insurance Company, where they held various roles such as Software Developer Expert, Life Insurance Software Specialist, and Administrative Assistant of Insurance Software Department. Arezoo gradually took on more responsibilities and was eventually promoted to Head of Software Department in 2019. In their most recent role at Pasargad Insurance Company, they served as Deputy Manager of Systems Development. Currently, they work as the Head of Software Department at pasargadinsurance.

Arezoo Haghshenas holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch. Arezoo also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Islamic Azad University North Tehran Branch. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Mathematics at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Full-Stack .NET Developer from SEMATEC, MCTS: SQL Server 2017, Implementation and Maintenance - Administration from SEMATEC, Performance & Tuning SQL Server 2017 from NikAmooz, MCTS: SQL Server 2017, Database Development - Design & Implementation from SEMATEC, SOA from the University of Tehran, and ASP.Net from Novin Parsian Higher Education Center.
