Prior to that, Rebecca worked as a Sr. Director, Global People & Culture at EPOS and as an HR Consultant at COWI. Rebecca has also held various roles such as Office Manager and Teaching Coordinator at Birkerød Rideforening and Business Manager at Q8 Danmark A/S. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen and an Academy Profession Graduate degree in Leadership from Mercantec Viborg. Throughout their career, Rebecca has excelled in strategic HR roles and demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational success.

Pascal was founded in 2006, based on the business concept of designing and producing OEM amplifier solutions dedicated for the professional PA loudspeaker industry. Today, Pascal designs and modules are used in a wide range of professional audio products and provides the audio power to some of the most well-known pro audio brands.
