Rebecca Collard is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer at Pascal A/S, where Rebecca is responsible for the People, Culture & Sustainability agenda. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as a Sr. Director, Global People & Culture at EPOS and as an HR Consultant at COWI. Rebecca has also held various roles such as Office Manager and Teaching Coordinator at Birkerød Rideforening and Business Manager at Q8 Danmark A/S. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen and an Academy Profession Graduate degree in Leadership from Mercantec Viborg. Throughout their career, Rebecca has excelled in strategic HR roles and demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational success.
