Tom Beck

Tom Beck has been with Compassion International since 2013, serving as Chief People and Culture Officer. Prior to that, Tom was Chief Operating Officer of Utility Trailer Interstate from September 2012 to June 2013. Tom also spent 15 years as a partner at Vantage Alliance from August 1998 to September 2013. Tom began their career in 1992 as Senior Vice President at Boston Market, where they worked until 1998.

Tom Beck has an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
