Tammy Taylor

Tammy Taylor has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience. Tammy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pasco County Schools, a position they have held since 2022. Before joining Pasco County Schools, they worked at the School District of Manatee County, where they held the role of Director of Finance from 2015 to 2022, and prior to that, they were the Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2015. Tammy also has experience at the District School Board of Pasco County, where they served as the Finance Services Manager from 2009 to 2011, and as the Internal Audit and Grants Manager from 2007 to 2009. Before joining the school district, they worked as a Senior Grants Accountant at the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) from 2003 to 2007. Tammy's career in finance began at ValienteHernandez, where they worked as a Staff Accountant from 2001 to 2003.

Tammy Taylor attended Florida Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Tammy later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting at the same university from 1998 to 2000.
