Joseph Patrick Murphy

Joseph Patrick (JP) Murphy is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the Interim Assistant County Administrator for Development Services and Director of Building Construction Services for Pasco County Government since November 2022. Prior to this role, JP was the Vice President of Operations at JPMG Advisors from May 2022 to May 2024. JP also served the Town of Belleair from February 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager. JP holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Florida, earned between 2004 and 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same institution, completed in 2004.
