Marcy Esbjerg currently serves as Director for both the Pasco County Government and Pasco County Community Development since March and October 2018, respectively. Previously, Marcy held the position of Assistant Director for Community, Housing, and Opportunity Programs at the City of Burlington, Vermont, managing HUD-related grant administration and public engagement. Marcy's experience includes acting as Director of CEDO, serving as Training Manager for Vermont Associates for Training and Development, and overseeing various social services programs as Director of Housing, Human and Veteran Services for Collier County Government. Marcy began their career at Collier County University Extension as a Housing Coordinator and also held the position of Chairman for the Florida Parent Educators Association, significantly increasing its membership and revenue. Marcy holds an MPA in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University and a BA in Human Services from Simmons University.
