Prashant Singh, PhD, PE, C.Engg, is a Senior Project Manager in the Project Management Division of the Transportation Engineering Department at Pasco County Government. With over 25 years of professional experience in the U.S. and internationally, they have managed various projects related to roadway design, bridges, and transportation planning. Prashant has also held positions as a Senior Roadway Engineer and a Transportation/Structural Engineer, and they are currently a member of the Technical Standing Committee on "Performance Based Geometric Design" with the Transportation Research Board. Prashant holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Transportation and Highway Engineering from FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
