Pascua Yaqui Tribe
Emmanuel Chue is a seasoned behavioral health professional currently serving as a Behavioral Health Clinician and Resource Coordinator for Evidence Based and Cultural Support Services with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe since February 2020. Emmanuel is also a consultant for the National Association of Social Workers, California Chapter, since October 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Behavior Interventionist at Howard J. Chudler & Associates, Inc., and a Therapist Intern at A Tender Love & Care, FFA. Emmanuel gained experience as a Master of Social Work Student Intern at Riverside University Health System and worked as a Rehabilitative Assistant at Crestwood Behavioral Health. Earlier roles include a staff position at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and an English Teacher at Centro Educativo Adventista de Sagunto. Emmanuel holds a Master of Social Work degree from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor's of Social Work from Pacific Union College.

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe is a sovereign government agency which provides health, education, social services, vocational training and housing services to all tribal members. The Pascua Yaqui Tribe gained federal recognition as an Indian tribe on September 18, 1978 and passed its Constitution in 1988.
