Gulaya Gurbanli

Gulaya Gurbanli is an Agile Operation Specialist at PASHA Insurance OJSC since October 2023, with prior experience as a Scrum Master at Bank Respublika from December 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading scrum teams and fostering customer satisfaction. Gulaya also held a Scrum Master intern position at Ferrum Capital and assumed a Scrum Master role in the New Products Creation and Development Department. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Manager at AIESEC in Azerbaijan, focusing on project study, customer relations, and sales, along with participating in recruitment processes as the Organizing Committee Vice President for HR. Gulaya holds a Bachelor's degree in finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, completed in 2023.
