Niyaz Ismayilov

Niyaz Ismayilov has a strong background in the insurance industry, with significant experience at PASHA Life Insurance OJSC and PASHA Insurance OJSC. Niyaz began their career at PASHA Insurance OJSC as an Underwriting Specialist in 2006 and later became the Head of Underwriting and Reinsurance in 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to PASHA Life Insurance OJSC as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Niyaz served as the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Management Board before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2017, a position they currently hold.

Niyaz Ismayilov has a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Baku State University. Niyaz also completed courses in High Potentials Leadership at Harvard Business School and Executing Strategy for Results, as well as Leading Change and Growth at London Business School.
