Shabnam Aliyeva

Shabnam Aliyeva has extensive experience in organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development at PASHA Life since February 2014, where prior roles included Organizational Development Senior Specialist, Organizational Development Specialist, and Career and Development Specialist. Shabnam began the professional journey as an Administrative/HR Specialist at QSI from August 2007 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Liverpool (2012-2015), a Master of Arts in Methodology from Azerbaijan State University of Languages (2007-2009), and a Bachelor of Arts in Roman and German Philology from the same institution (2003-2007).
