Denise Alvarez is a Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC since July 2019, focusing on complex litigation in both court and arbitration. Prior to this role, Denise served as a Senior Associate at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP from September 2002 to July 2019, also specializing in complex commercial litigation. Denise has experience as a Pro Bono Extern at LatinoJustice PRLDEF, contributing to the landmark decision in Lozano v. City of Hazleton, and as a Judicial Intern for Honorable Sonia Sotomayor at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, assisting with legal research and drafting bench memoranda.
