Jonathan Bauer is a seasoned commercial litigator and currently serves as Counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, P.C. With extensive experience in both courtroom and in-house settings, Jonathan has held significant roles at firms such as DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole, LLP and Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. They previously served as Senior Vice President and Counsel at Citigroup, focusing on insurance coverage and electronic securities trading regulatory matters. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. John's College, where they also teach introductory philosophy courses to undergraduates. They are a citizen of both the United States and Germany.
