Justin Kolbenschlag

Justin Kolbenschlag is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as a Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Justin owned and partnered at Kolbenschlag Law from September 2020 to October 2021 and was a Partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP from September 2007 to November 2018. Justin's expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including employment, banking, commercial, estate, workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal cases, along with the development and execution of tailored litigation strategies. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law (2004 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Delaware (1999 - 2003).
