Oren C.

Oren C. is the Co-Chair of the Business and Corporate Law Practice at Pashman Stein, where they lead a team in providing legal counsel on corporate, acquisition, and transactional matters. With a focus in diverse sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology, Oren serves as outside general counsel to various businesses. Oren also holds the position of North America Chair for the Healthcare Special Business Team at Interlaw Ltd. They previously practiced as an Associate and Partner at Norris McLaughlin and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the State of New Jersey Judiciary. Oren earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
